Minecraft IRL.
There's me.
Skeleton paint because I have a skeleton skin in the game :D
And tharr be a creeper.
I tried to portray the character carrying as much of the stuff I carry in the game as realistically as possible, so I guess the 64 stacks of everything are inside the backpack. Lulz.
I usually have a sword and a pickaxe in my first two slots when I'm mining off peaceful mode, and the other items seen usually follow them in that rough order.

Super not perfect, but whatcha gonna do.
